CONJOI™ — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CONJOI mobile application, website and related digital services (“Platform”).

CONJOI is operated by Shri Balaji Infomedia & Events (“CONJOI”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

CONJOI is a technology and professional community platform intended to connect job seekers, students, professionals, employers, companies, institutions, mentors and other eligible organisations for employment, internships, professional networking, career development, skills and related opportunities.

By creating an account, accessing or using CONJOI, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and the CONJOI Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

CONJOI is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older, unless a particular feature is lawfully made available to a different age group.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CONJOI complies with applicable laws and regulations.

You must not use CONJOI if you are legally prohibited from doing so.

Users may register using mobile number, email address, OTP, password, social login or other authentication methods made available by CONJOI.

You agree to:

immediately notify CONJOI of suspected unauthorised access.

CONJOI may request reasonable verification information for security, fraud prevention, identity verification or legal compliance.

Where a user voluntarily provides a WhatsApp-enabled number, CONJOI may use it for permitted service-related communications in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

• not impersonate another person or organisation
• not create fraudulent or misleading accounts
• not create duplicate accounts for abusive purposes

Users must provide truthful, accurate and non-misleading information in profiles, resumes/CVs, educational information, professional information, company profiles, job postings, applications, messages and community content.

Users must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload photographs, resumes, documents, logos or other content.

CONJOI may restrict, remove or suspend content that is false, fraudulent, unlawful or materially misleading.

Eligible users may create professional profiles, upload resumes/CVs, search for jobs and internships, apply for opportunities, communicate with employers, participate in professional networking and access permitted career and skills resources.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating employment opportunities before sharing sensitive information, attending interviews or accepting an offer.

CONJOI does not guarantee employment, selection, salary, interview or career outcomes.

Employers and organisations may create profiles, publish vacancies and interact with candidates subject to CONJOI policies.

Employers must provide genuine and lawful opportunities, accurate job descriptions, truthful salary and position information, and must not request unlawful recruitment fees, misuse candidate information or discriminate unlawfully.

Employment decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant employer.

Government departments, public-sector organisations, banks and other institutions may use CONJOI only through authorised representatives.

A profile, vacancy, badge, logo or link must not be interpreted as government endorsement or affiliation unless CONJOI has expressly verified and stated such affiliation.

CONJOI may request verification of institutional identity or authority.

Users should independently verify important government or public-sector opportunities through official sources.

CONJOI is a technology and professional community platform and is not ordinarily the employer for third-party vacancies.

Publication of a vacancy does not constitute endorsement or guarantee by CONJOI.

CONJOI does not guarantee interview, selection, employment, internship, salary, promotion, employer conduct, workplace conditions or business results.

Users should exercise reasonable caution before sharing financial, identity or other sensitive information.

CONJOI may provide chat, messaging, networking and communication features.

Users must use these features for lawful and legitimate professional, educational or career-related purposes.

The following are prohibited:

unlawful solicitation.

Users may report or block other users where such functionality is provided.

• harassment
• threats
• stalking
• fraud
• impersonation
• sexual harassment
• abusive conduct
• malicious links
• phishing
• requests for passwords or OTPs

Information provided by mentors, professionals or community members is generally informational.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such information does not constitute professional legal, medical, financial, investment or other regulated advice.

Users should consult appropriately qualified professionals where required.

CONJOI may offer verification of users, professional profiles, employers, organisations, documents, identity, photographs or other information.

Verification means only that CONJOI has completed the stated verification process.

Verification is not a guarantee of character, future behaviour, employment suitability, financial reliability or professional competence.

False, forged, altered or unlawfully obtained documents are prohibited.

CONJOI may use automated systems or AI-assisted technology to recommend jobs, candidates, professionals, mentors, content, communities and connections.

AI-generated or automated recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable.

Users must not treat automated recommendations as a guarantee or as the sole basis for important employment or professional decisions.

Users may submit profiles, resumes, photographs, job posts, messages, comments and other permitted content.

Users retain ownership of rights they lawfully hold in their content.

By submitting content, the user grants CONJOI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, display and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and improve the Platform.

Users must have all necessary rights and permissions.

CONJOI may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable law or safety requirements.

Users must not upload or distribute unlawful content, fraudulent content, fake jobs, impersonation, hate or discriminatory abuse, threats, malware, sexually exploitative material, content involving exploitation of minors, stolen personal information, confidential information without permission or copyrighted material without permission.

The following are prohibited:

deceptive job advertisements.

CONJOI may suspend or terminate accounts associated with such activities.

• fake employment opportunities
• fake government jobs
• fake appointment letters
• recruitment scams
• unlawful recruitment fees
• pyramid or prohibited schemes disguised as employment
• requests for OTPs/passwords
• requests for banking credentials
• identity theft
• fraudulent visa or immigration promises

CONJOI will provide appropriate mechanisms for users to report prohibited users or content and, where applicable, block users.

Reports may be reviewed through CONJOI's moderation and safety process.

CONJOI may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts or take other appropriate action.

CONJOI processes personal data according to its separate Privacy Policy, applicable law and the purposes disclosed to users.

The Privacy Policy explains data collection, use, sharing, retention, security, user rights and deletion procedures.

Users may request deletion of their CONJOI account through:

Account deletion requests will be processed according to the CONJOI Account & Data Deletion Policy.

Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting or regulatory requirements.

CONJOI may provide free and/or paid services.

Where a service is paid, the applicable price and material terms will be disclosed before purchase.

Refunds and cancellations will be governed by the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Where Google Play Billing is applicable to a digital purchase, the transaction will be handled according to applicable Google Play requirements.

The CONJOI name, logo, software, design, graphics, text, interface and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to Shri Balaji Infomedia & Events and are protected by applicable law.

Users may not copy, reproduce, sell, reverse engineer, distribute or commercially exploit Platform materials without written permission.

CONJOI may integrate with third-party services including authentication providers, payment providers, maps, analytics, communication services, cloud infrastructure and other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

CONJOI is not responsible for independent third-party services outside its reasonable control.

CONJOI will use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Platform and applicable requirements.

However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and devices.

CONJOI may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable basis to believe that these Terms have been violated, fraud has occurred, safety risks exist, unlawful activity is suspected, the Platform is being abused or action is required by law.

Where appropriate and legally permissible, CONJOI may provide notice or an appeal/review mechanism.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CONJOI is provided on an “as available” basis.

CONJOI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accuracy of all user content, authenticity of every third-party profile, employment, recruitment outcomes or business outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, users may be responsible for claims, losses or reasonable costs arising from unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, fraudulent activity or misuse of the Platform.

CONJOI may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, security measures, operational changes or business changes.

Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means where required.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections.

Subject to applicable law, courts having competent jurisdiction at Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to CONJOI or Shri Balaji Infomedia & Events.

Users may raise grievances regarding privacy, safety, content, accounts, jobs, employers, communications or Platform services through the designated support/grievance channel.

CONJOI will process grievances according to applicable law and its stated procedures.
